- Investment providers, advisers and SMEs are invited to submit their entries for the 2021 Growth Investor Awards
- The awards feature 20 categories, including the ‘ESG Champion of the Year’ which recognises entrants who have placed a particular focus on ESG in their service or offering
- This year’s awards ceremony will be hosted in-person at London Hilton on Park Lane on the evening of November 04, 2021
Intelligent Partnership, the UK’s leading provider of education and insights on alternative investments, is pleased to confirm that the 2021 Growth Investor Awards are now open for entries. Finalists across 20 different categories will be announced in August, before winners are announced at a gala dinner on the evening of Thursday November 04, 2021.
‘ESG Champion of the Year’ award – celebrating those who have championed ESG investing over the past 12 months
In recognition of the rising focus placed on ESG by the growth investment community over the past twelve months, this year’s awards have been expanded to include an ‘ESG Champion of the Year’ category. This award is open to entrants in all award categories that have placed a particular focus on ESG in their service or offering. The judges will assess certifications, transparency and disclosure, independent ratings, best practice, the sustainability of outcomes, delivery of ESG commitments and embedding ESG into company culture.
Commenting on the 2021 Growth Investor Awards, Guy Tolhurst, Managing Director of Intelligent Partnership, said: “I would like to congratulate every industry stakeholder and participant for navigating the huge challenges and plotting a course through the Coronavirus chaos. I know there have been casualties, but I also know that there have been some real triumphs and that, together, this community will play a major role in regenerating the UK’s post-pandemic prosperity. So, this year, we’d like to pay tribute to the resilience and adaptability of the growth investment market and how it is embracing accelerated change, including the revolution in ESG action.”
Entrants shortlisted within each category will move on to a second round of judging by at least three industry experts drawn from an independent panel of more than 35 judges, whose scores will be collated to determine the winner in each category. A personalised feedback and benchmarking report will be given to all finalists, providing them with valuable insight on areas of improvement.
